What is included in every rental package?

Every package includes your totes, a dolly (or dollies for larger packages), labels for each tote, and free delivery and pickup within our Phoenix metro service area. The price you see at booking is the price you pay.

How do I know how many totes I need?

We've built our packages around home size to make it easy. Studio apartments get 15 totes, 1 bedrooms get 30, 2 bedrooms get 40, 3 bedrooms get 50, 4 bedrooms get 75, and 5+ bedrooms get 100. Not sure? Feel free to reach out and we'll help you figure out the right fit.

What cities and areas do you serve?

We serve Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix Metro area including Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert. Not sure if we cover your area? Send us a message and we'll let you know.

Is delivery and pickup free?

Accepted Answer

Free delivery and pickup is included with every package within our Phoenix metro service area. If you're not sure whether your address is in our service area, reach out before booking and we'll confirm.

Question 5

Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?

Accepted Answer

Yes, someone must be present for both delivery and pickup so we can confirm the tote count and make sure everything goes smoothly. Deliveries and pickups are scheduled in 30-minute windows: weekday evenings between 4pm and 7pm, and weekends between 8am and 6pm. If no one is home at the scheduled delivery time, a $50 missed delivery fee applies, and your remaining payment is held as credit toward a rebooked delivery — just reach out within 7 days to reschedule. How big are the totes?

Our totes are 27" x 17" x 12" — heavy duty, stackable, and big enough to handle your largest items. They hold significantly more than a standard cardboard box and won't collapse under weight.

What happens if I want to extend my rental?

Accepted Answer

No problem — just reach out before your rental period ends and we'll extend it based on availability. Extended rental rates are $10/day for studio packages, $20/day for 1-3 bedroom packages, and $25/day for 4-5+ bedroom packages. If totes aren't ready for pickup on the scheduled date and we haven't heard from you, extended rental fees begin automatically the following day, so a quick text or email saves you the surprise.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery incur a $50 cancellation fee. Once totes have been delivered, the rental fee is non-refundable, but there's no additional cancellation fee, and we'll schedule pickup within 2 business days. To cancel or reschedule, reach out as soon as possible.

How often are the totes cleaned?

Every single tote is cleaned and sanitized between every rental. You'll always receive totes that are fresh, dry, and ready to pack.

Question 10

What happens if I lose or damage a tote?

Accepted Answer

We understand accidents happen during moves. Any lost tote or damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur a $25 fee per tote. Lost or damaged dollies are $75 each. We'll always reach out to you directly before any charges are applied.

Can I change my delivery or pickup date after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, just reach out as soon as possible. Delivery date changes with at least 48 hours notice are free; changes within 48 hours incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Pickup date changes with at least 24 hours notice are simply treated as an extension at our daily rates with no fee; pickup changes with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 fee plus any extension days. All changes are based on availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card is securely saved at booking and charged once your booking is confirmed. Applicable state and local taxes are added at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with your final delivery and pickup times.

What is the difference between renting totes vs buying cheap totes from a store?

Great question — and one we get a lot. Cheap store totes seem like a good idea until they break mid-move, and then you're stuck figuring out where to store them after.
