• Booking details. Information about your rental, such as the package you select, your rental dates, and any notes you provide.
• Website usage information. When you visit our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you view. This helps us understand how our site is used and improve it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your booking, including scheduling delivery and pickup of your equipment.
• Communicate with you about your rental, including confirmations, scheduling, and service updates.
• Charge your payment card for your rental and, where applicable, for extended rental, damage, cleaning, or other fees as described in our Terms of Service.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
• Send marketing communications, where you have chosen to receive them. You can opt out at any time. See Section 6.
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. When you book, your payment card is securely stored on file by Stripe so that we can complete your rental charge and, if applicable, charge any additional fees described in our Terms of Service, such as extended rental, damage, cleaning, missed delivery, or missed pickup fees. By booking, you authorize these charges to your card on file. Stripe handles your card information under its own security standards and privacy practices, and we do not store your full card number on our own systems.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We share information with third-party providers who help us operate our business, such as website hosting, payment processing, and email or marketing services. These providers may access only the information needed to perform their services for us and are expected to protect it.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request, or where necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
• Business transfers. If our business is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Our website and the providers that support it may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. This may include basic analytics about site traffic and performance. Opting out of marketing emails does not stop service-related messages about an active booking, such as confirmations and scheduling.

Text Messages. If you provide your phone number and expressly opt in, we may send you marketing or promotional text messages in addition to service messages about your booking. We send marketing texts only to customers who have given prior express written consent, and your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of renting from us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop service-related messages about an active booking, such as delivery and pickup scheduling.

We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your personal information, and we rely on trusted providers such as our payment processor to secure sensitive data like payment details. However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions, such as records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, complete your rental, support our business operations, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Our services are intended for adults age 18 and over, and our website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
